This live, two-hour webinar is a “crash course” on esophageal dysphagia for the SLP. The clinician gains imperative knowledge on the interrelationship between the oropharynx and the esophagus. Primary esophageal disorders are highlighted. Differential diagnosis regarding primary oropharyngeal vs esophageal dysphagia will be discussed. Learn clinical and endoscopic signs and symptoms consistent with esophageal dysphagia and laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) on FEES. The implementation of the esophageal sweep and making recommendations is a primary focus in review of case studies.
